March Mannequins

March Mannequins is an event that happens in Saint Joe, Mi every year. Local stores and residents volunteer their time and store fronts to decorate and dress up to a certaint theme and stand as still as possible in windows for hours, during this event the stores are also open for longer than normal showing how much the locals care for our mostly small business downtown area.
